GRILLED ASPARAGUS WITH BEARNAISE BUTTER image

1 bunch (about 1 lb) asparagus, trimmed
1 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Wegmans Bearnaise Finishing Butter (Dairy Dept)

Steps:

  • Preheat grill on MEDIUM 10 min. 1. Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. 2. Drizzle asparagus with basting oil on baking sheet; season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to grill. Grill 3-5 min, turning frequently, until tender. 3. Transfer to serving platter; top with butter.
