GREEN CHILI RICE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 cups cooked rice
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
