GREEN BEANS WITH SHALLOTS & RED BELL PEPPER image

-2 Lbs. fresh green beans
-1/3 C. butter
-3 Large Shallots,chopped
-1 larg red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
-1 Tea. kosher salt
-1/2 tea. pepper
-1/2 tea. garlic powder

Steps:

  • -Cook beans in boiling water to cover 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender;drain -Melt butter in a larg skillet over med/high heat;add shallots & bell pepper, and saute 4 min. or until tender. Add to beans, and toss w/salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
