Greek Cole Slaw image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/3 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small bunch dill finely minced (about 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic finely minced
salt to taste
1 small head cabbage finely shredded (3-4 cups)

Steps:

  • 1. Place all of the ingredients except for the cabbage in a medium-sized bowl, and whisk together until smooth. 2. Place the shredded cabbage in a large bowl, and add the dressing. Toss to mix thoroughly and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
