Steps:
- Combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press into a 9 X 13 pan, reserving about 3/4 cup to 1 cup crumb mixture for topping. Gradually add milk, extract and food coloring to marshmallow creme, mixing well(microwave marshmallow creme slightly). Fold in whipped cream, pour into cake pan, sprinkle remaining crumbs and freeze. Keeps for a long time
