Number Of Ingredients 9

2t. lemon peel
4T. butter
1c. sugar
4 beaten egg yolks
3T. lemon juice
2T. flour
4T. grapenuts
1c. milk
2 egg whites beaten stiff.

Steps:

  • Cream lemon and sugar. Add yolks, then lemon juice. add flour, grapenuts, milk and peel. Fold in whites and put in greased dish. place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 1hr. 15mins.
