Steps:
- Grease a 9" spring form. Crush the graham crackers and zwieback into crumbs. Brush the spring form with one half of the crackers, lining the bottom and sides. Cream the cream cheese and sugar well, add 4 egg yolks and mix well. Dissolve cornstarch in part of milk and then add the rest of milk to the mixture, mixing it well. Add the milk to the batter. Add the lemon juice and vanilla. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold carefully into the batter. Pour the batter into spring form and carefully sprinkle ramaining crumbs on top. Bake in 325F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not open the oven door and leave in oven overnight.
