GRANDMA LYNN'S ZUCCHINI BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

4 cups zucchini
3 cups flour
2.5 cups sugar
1.25 cup oil
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.25 tsp cloves
1 cup raisins (tossed in flour)

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients except raisins. Beat 1 min low, 1 min medium. Add raisins; Bake at 325°F for 60-70 min.
