GINGER-ORANGE PORK TENDERLOIN image

1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pork tenderloin (3/4 pound)

Steps:

  • In bowl combine the first five ingredients. pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large reseable plastic bag, add pork Seal bag and turn to coat; refridgerate for 8 hrs. Cover and refridgerate remaining marinade for basting. ** Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, uncovered over medium heat for 15min. on each side or until a meat thermameter reads 160 degrees basting frequently with reserved marinade. *** Have never grilled always roasted at 425 degrees 25-28min.
