Garlic-Shrimp Spread image

This creamy shrimp spread is so delicious, your guests will never guess that it uses reduced-fat products.

Yield Makes 1-3/4 cups spread or 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and six crackers each.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp (1/2 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
woven wheat crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon into 1-1/2- to 2-cup ovenproof casserole dish.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Serve as a spread with the crackers.
