Fresh Salsa image

So easy and good. You don't have to go out to get good salsa...make it yourself.

Number Of Ingredients 11

3/4 c sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
15 oz artichoke hearts, drained & rinsed
2 1/4 oz black olives, drained & chopped
2 lb tomatoes, chopped
4 Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp cilantro
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Finely chop peppers & artichoke hearts. Mix with other ingredients except salt. Taste; only add salt if needed. Chill before serving. Serve with oven baked tortilla chips or serve as a side dish.
  • 2. This is SPICY....you may want to use less jalapeno.
