Steps:
- One hour before baking, place a pizza stone or baking sheet on rack in top third of oven. Preheat oven to 500°F.
- On a lightly floured work surface, use your hands or a rolling pin to shape dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer dough to a pizza peel or upside-down baking sheet dusted with cornmeal. Top with cheese, clams, garlic and oregano. Slide onto preheated baking stone. Bake 8-10 minutes or until crust is browned. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley and/or red pepper flakes, if desired.
