Steps:
- 1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
- 2. In skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
- 3. Add onion, cook 5 minutes, stirring often
- 4. Stir in soup, water, and soy sauce.
- 5. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low.
- 6. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 7. Serve over noodles or rice.
