FLUFFY LEMON SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 3oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple
3 med. bananas
Frosting
1 cup pineapple juice (juice from the canned pineapple)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour

Steps:

  • fOR jELLO Combine all ingredients and refrigerate Frosting Bring pineapple juice, sugar, egg, and flour to boil. Cook until thick; then fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream. You may add chopped walnuts if desired.
