3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 green onions, chopped
4 garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons red chili powder (or to taste)
1 lemon, juice and zest
1/4 cup parsley, minced

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; blend well. Let sit overnight, chilled to allow the flavors to merge.
