2 lbs shrimp
2 tablespoons onions
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup Mountain Dew soda
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil

Steps:

  • put oil in skillet.
  • add crushed cloves garlic and finely diced onion.
  • peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on.
  • add to pan fry.
  • add tomato diced fine.
  • add sugar.
  • add mountain dew or sprite.
  • cook 5 minutes.
  • add cornstarch and water.
  • cook until thick.
