- In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, heat oil and butter; add leeks. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add red peppers; cook 5 minutes longer or until vegtables are tender. Meanwhile, steam green beans 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add beans, garlic, salt, tabasco sauce and lemon peel to skillet; toss to mix well. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
