FARFEL PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups matzo farfel
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chicken fat
2 apples or bananas
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Cover the farfel with cold water. Drain immediately so the farfel is moist, not soggy. Add eggs, salt, sugar, and chicken fat. Slice apples or bananas and add nuts. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 1/2 hr. or until brown.
