Yield 5 servings, two fajitas each

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. oil
1 pkt. (1.4 oz.) TACO BELL® Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1/3 cup water
10 flour tortillas (6 inch)
2/3 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Steps:

  • Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes. Add seasoning mix, green pepper, onion and water; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Place tortillas on microwavable plate; cover lightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
  • Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas; top with salsa. Roll up.
