1 egg
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
salt

Steps:

  • 1. In a microwave safe cup, beat the egg well with the butter ( I used clarified) but you can also use coconut oil or olive oil.
  • 2. add in the almond flour, baking powder & salt, combine well.
  • 3. microwave on high for 2 mins.
  • 4. turn over on plate, should come out easily, if not, gently help it with a knife, let cool a few minutes, then slice in half and toast.
