Steps:
- 1. In a microwave safe cup, beat the egg well with the butter ( I used clarified) but you can also use coconut oil or olive oil.
- 2. add in the almond flour, baking powder & salt, combine well.
- 3. microwave on high for 2 mins.
- 4. turn over on plate, should come out easily, if not, gently help it with a knife, let cool a few minutes, then slice in half and toast.
