This recipe brings back great memories from my childhood.. my grandmother would always serve it at high tea, making me feel so special to eat it

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
1/3 cup dried cherries
4 pieces potato bread
1 cup strawberry cream cheese spread
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup edible glitter

Steps:

  • cut Bread into triangles.
  • mix together cream cheese, honey and cheese.
  • Spread over bread.
  • Decorate with nuts and fruit.
  • sprinkle glitter on top.
  • **Edible glitter is sold in most craft stores. if you can't find it you can use sprinkles.
