A little bit off the beaten path from ordinary meatloaf. Great taste. Leftovers are great for sandwiches.

Steps:
- 1. Combine meat, 1 cup of the cheese, bread crumbs, celery, onion, egg and seasonings; mix lightly. Shape into 9-inch round loaf in a shallow baking dish--I use 9x13.
- 2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour; pour off drippings.
- 3. Pour tomato sauce over meatloaf; top with remaining cheese. Continue baking 15 minutes.
- 4. Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
