Steps:
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
- Cool, then add condensed milk, milk, oil and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix.
- Add the chocolate and bake for 30 min at 175°C.
- Cut and serve.
