Our own spinoff of Tsatziki Sauce, this is a great sauce served with grilled lamb, beef, or Kbobs, and perfect with Recipe #269198.

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum. Will keep a few days refrigerated.
