Egg White and Veggie Breakfast Wrap image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon frozen leaf spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
garlic salt
pepper
whole wheat tortilla
1/4 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • On flat top, heated on low, spray with vegetable oil spray. While heating, whisk eggs and stir in spinach and season with garlic salt and pepper. When egg is cooked through, place on tortilla and top with avocado and tomato. Sprinkle with cheese. Wrap and eat immediately.
