so, i was looking for a cake to fix for my daughters birthday (25th), she doesn't care for chocolate so as i was looking through recipes i came across this one. i did make a few changes, but it was an absolute hit! even my 2 and 5 yr old grand babies loved it! and believe me, the 5 yr old is VERY picky.

Steps:
- 1. Prepare cake as directed on box for 2(8-or9 inch)cake layers, except add 1 package of dry pudding mix to batter. Remove to wire racks and let cool completely.
- 2. Whisk other package of pudding with the milk. Spread between cake layers.
- 3. Frost top and sides with a thin layer of the icing. Whisk conf sugar into cool whip, frost top and sides of cakes.
