Steps:
- 1. Bread: Heat oven to 350F. Grease and flour bottom only of a 8x4" or 9x5" loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir 50-75 strokes, until dry particles are moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes; remove and cool completely on wire rack. Wrap lightly and store in refrigerator. Serve with Apricot Butter, if desired. 1 loaf
- 2. Apricot Butter; In small bowl, combine butter and preserves. Beat until fluffy . makes 1/4 cup. refrigerate .
