Easy Crab Casserole image

I love crabbing and cooking them. Living near the gulf makes it easy to do.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound(s) fresh crab meat, drained
1 cup(s) chopped onion
1 cup(s) chopped celery
1 cup(s) herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup(s) hellannns mayonaise
1 cup(s) half and half
1 (3) ounce(s) jar capers,drained
1 tablespoon(s) old bay seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine crab meat, onion, celery, stuffing mix, mayonnaise, and half & half, in a large bowl. Spoon into a 7x11-inch baking dish
  • Sprinkle capers and Old Bay on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
