1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
¾ cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 chopped onions
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ cups cooked crabmeat
1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
1 cup diced celery
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and onion to the noodles; mix well. Stir in green pepper, crab, shrimp and celery. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into an 8x8 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs to taste over the casserole.
  • Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until brown and bubbly.

1 dash pepper sauce
breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs over top with several pats of butter.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

A creamy crab dish that goes great w/ cut-up veggies. Or eat it as is. It's so delicious!!

1 10-3/4 oz can reduced-fat or fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c light sour cream
1 lb fresh crabmeat, coarsely chopped
10 oz fresh asparagus, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c reduced-fat ritz crackers, crushed
1/3 c melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400. Spray an 8"-square baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  • 2. In lg bowl, combine soup, sour cream, crabmeat, asparagus and pepper. Mix well. Pour into baking dish.
  • 3. In another bowl, combine crushed crackers w/ melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over crab mix. Bake 20 mins, or until bubbly.

2 cups crab meat
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup mayonnaise
6 eggs, hard cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Mix crab meat, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, parsley, onion, salt & pepper. Pour into casserole and top with breadcrumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand before serving. *Mixture will look soupy until baked. Also works well with chicken or shrimp. Can be made ahead, simply ommit topping until just before baking.

1 cup(s) herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup(s) hellannns mayonaise
1 cup(s) half and half
1 (3) ounce(s) jar capers,drained
1 tablespoon(s) old bay seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine crab meat, onion, celery, stuffing mix, mayonnaise, and half & half, in a large bowl. Spoon into a 7x11-inch baking dish
  • Sprinkle capers and Old Bay on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
