EASY CHICKEN POT PIE image

When I make this pot pie I like to make two, one for dinner and the other to put in the freezer. There good anytime. When I make this I use low salt, whole chicken and low salt soup.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) chicken
2 can(s) mixed vegetables, or frozen vegetables
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 small sage leaves, fresh
salt and pepper to taste
2 frozen pie crusts

Steps:

  • 1. De bone chicken set aside add vegetables In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients.
  • 2. Place mixture into pie crust and top with second.
  • 3. Crimp edges together. Make 2 or 3 slits in top of crust and bake according to pie shell directions.
