ONE-POT CHICKEN TETRAZZINI image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 medium onion
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons water
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 pound spaghetti, uncooked
pepper to taste
shredded cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pan, saute onion and celery in water until tender. 2. Mix in soup, broth, lemon juice, and pepper. 3. Add uncooked chicken and spaghetti, bring to a boil. 4. Turn heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes or until spaghetti is done. 5. Sprinkle with cheese.
