Steps:
- Let sit in fridge overnight. In AM preheat oven and stir in 1c buttermilk 2 large eggs lightly beaten 1t baking powder +/- 0.25-0.5c chopped nuts or sliced almonds Pour into greased pan Sprinkle with ~0.5c chopped/sliced nuts Bake ~30-40min, until brown on top and sides and just set in the middle. Serve with maple syrup and cream (or however you prefer).
