Easy Apricot Chicken image

An easy, great family or company meal. It makes a large amount of sauce, which can be served over rice or noodles. I also make appetizers, using chicken wings. These wings are so good.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 bottle (8 ounce) russian salad dressing
3/4 c apricot preserves
2 chickens, cut up or 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
2/3 c water
1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken parts in pan, skin side up.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients. Pour over chicken.
  • 3. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Baste 3 or 4 times the last half hour. .
