Easy 3-Step Mixed Berry Cobbler Recipe image

This is a very simple cobbler dessert anyone can make and enjoy and is perfect for any time and excellent on those hot summer days when you want something sweet but you don't want to heat up the kitchen too much. Number Of Ingredients 3

2 bags (12oz each) frozen mixed berries
1 box white cake mix (with no pudding in mix)
12 ounces sprite or 7-up

Steps:

  • 1. Dump bags of frozen berries in the bottom of a baking dish. -13 x 9 dish
  • 2. Spread dry cake mix over top of the berries. Break up any large clumps.
  • 3. Pour the soda slowly over top of the cake mix. Do not stir or mix.
  • 4. Allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes.
  • 5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
  • 6. ****Tips Use any flavors of mixed berries. Try Dole Berries in Strawberry,Peaches,Bananas. Use Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream-delicious.
