This is a very easy and very delicious recipe that my mom makes all the time. There are only two ingredients and the slow cooker takes care of the rest!

- Place chicken in a slow cooker and add soy sauce. Cook on Low until chicken is cooked through, about 5 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
