Diane's Broccoli Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 heads Fresh or frozen Broccoli sufficient to cover bottom of pan generously
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup Milk (any kind)
1/2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Butter, lightly salted
1 cup Bisquick

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Pre-cook broccoli
  • Put pre-cooked broccoli at bottom of dish
  • Beat soup & milk together until smooth and pour over broccoli
  • Sprinkle with cheese
  • In other bowl, cut butter into Bisquick. REALLY WELL
  • Sprinkle Bisquick mixture over top of casserole
  • Place in oven and cook until bubbly-brown--usually 20 to 25 minutes
