Cucumbers and Onions in a Ranch Sauce image

This Ranch flavor cucumber salad is always a big hit at a gathering , if I want to have some left overs ,I better save some at home cause I never seem to come home with any extra's.I've even doubled it and still none left over ...LOL

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 c sour cream
1/4 c milk
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp salt : optional
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 medium sweet white onion ; sliced and seperated
4 large cucumbers ; peeled and sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together ; sour cream , milk ,ranch mix , lemon juice , salt & pepper and dill weed in a medium bowl.
  • 2. Mix prepared cucumbers and onion ring slices in ranch mixture.
  • 3. Chill for at least 30 minutes ; just too get cold and to let the flavor set.
