Number Of Ingredients 5

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 (.75) pkg. mild Italian dressing mix
1 loaf dark cocktail rye bread
1 large unpeeled cucumber, sliced thinly
dill weed to taste

Steps:

  • In bowl, combine cream cheese and Italian dressing mix. Blend well. Spread on bread slices. Top each with a slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with dill weed. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
