Steps:
- 1. Dredge stew meat with flour, add pinch of salt and pepper. Sear for 2 minutes.
- 2. Add beef to a casserole dish and set aside. Saute garlic, onion and mushroom in oil. Add to beef.
- 3. Add in soup, gravy (a jar of gravy or packet with water) bake at 300 for 2 hours. Last 1/2 hour add a mixture of 2 tsp of cornstarch and 3 tsp of water to thicken. Remove from oven and mix in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
