Creamy Spinach-Artichoke Dip image

so warm and cheesy..great with tortilla chips

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 package(s) spinach, frozen
1 can(s) artichoke hearts (or jar)
1/4 cup(s) mayonaise
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1 cup(s) pepper jack cheese , shredded
- salt/pepper to taste

Steps:

  • defrost Spinach, squeeze all the liquid out, drain the artichoke hearts and cut up small.
  • in a large bowl...combine ingredients, pour onto a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20mins...or until nice and golden brown and bubbly.
  • let cool , serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers
