Pour yogurt into sieve lined with paper towel and suspend over bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Discard liquid. 3. Toss all ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to blend. Add 2 tsp. salt or to taste. Salt and pepper immediately before serving.
