CREAM OF CHILE-CHICKEN SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 12

cooked chicken cubed
1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup milk
1 can chicken broth
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ear corn
1 medium tomato, chopped
assorted peppers, chopped
1 can green chile peppers
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 cup shredded montery jack cheese

Steps:

  • saute garlic, onion, and peppers until soft stir in cream of chicken,milk,broth,and remaining ingredients minus cheese simmer 5 minutes stirring occassionally add cheese. cook and stir until melted
