Cream Cheese Swirl Banana Bread image

1/4 cup butter, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 eggs, divided
2-1/4 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat butter and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas, sour cream and 2 eggs; mix well. Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
  • Spoon half of batter into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Add remaining sugar and egg; mix well. Drop half of cream cheese mixture by tablespoonfuls over batter; repeat layers. Swirl with knife.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
