JAPANESE STEAK MARINADE (HIROKO) image

1 clove minced garlic
1 chopped scallion
2 slices ginger, shredded
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon miso ( japanese sweet bean paste)
1 tablespoon milin ( japanese sweet white wine)

Steps:

  • Mix and marinate, flank, strip, chicken, london broil for 1/2 day
