Steps:
- 1. chop peppers finely, not too fine or will be to wet from juice
- 2. mix diced peppers, cream cheese, and taco seasoning
- 3. chill mixture for 5 min
- 4. spread mixture onto tortilla's- thin layer
- 5. roll tortillas up and chill for 5 min
- 6. then cut into 1 cm thick slices.
