Cranberry Salad image

My grandma made this every Thanksgiving for many years! Delicious and easy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 qt fresh cranberries
1 orange
1 c apple
1 c crushed pineapple
1 c chopped pecans
2 c sugar
2 box cherry jello
2 c boiling water

Steps:

  • 1. Grind or finely chop in food processor cranberries, orange (including rind) and apples. Add sugar, pineapple and pecans.
  • 2. Mix water and jello, refrigerate until partially thick and set. Add fruit/nut mixture, pour into pan or molds and refrigerate overnight.
