CRAB ROUNDS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
6 drps Tabasco sauce
1- 6.5 oz. can of crabmeat (drained)
1 French bread baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine mayo, grated onion, cheddar cheese, Tabasco, curry powder and crab meat. To serve, place mixture on bread rounds and broil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
