Crab Cheese Ball image

This is one of those recipes that over the years we have adapted. My husband likes me to add finely chopped black olives to the mix and that seems to change things up a little. It is great for watching a ball game or pot lucks.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 small pkg pimento cheese spread
1 small pkg imitation crab meat shredded
1 pkg chopped walnuts or pecans

Steps:

  • 1. let cream cheese sit out until it is softened at room temperature
  • 2. crumble the crab meat into small shreds or pieces
  • 3. Mix Cream cheese, pimento cheese, and crab meat together until completely combined. Form into a ball or what ever shape you want it.
  • 4. Roll ball in the chopped nuts and let set in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Ritz works the best
