1 Tbsp bacon grease
2 Tbsp corn meal
1/2 c milk, adjust until gravy is your desired consistency

Steps:

  • 1. Put bacon grease in black cast iron skillet and get hot. Stir in cornmeal. Brown cornmeal, then add milk to your desired consistency.
