Cool Corn Salad image

Easy and delicious. Great for Pot Luck.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can(s) yellow whole kernal corn drained
1 can(s) mexicorn drained
1 can(s) white shoepeg corn drained
1/2 c white vinegar
1 c wesson oil
several green onions chopped
several stalks celery chopped
1 jar(s) medium chopped pomientos
1/2 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c white sugar
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together. let stand over night. Pour off excess liquid and serve cold.
